1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the cak4d website accessible at https://cak4d.cam and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing cak4d's registration process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Wager" / "Stake" means any bet, wager, or game play placed using real-money funds held in a User's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account by cak4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wager amount a User must complete before any Bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by cak4d before processing withdrawal requests or in connection with regulatory compliance obligations.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on cak4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person — no corporate entities, trusts, or automated systems may register as a User.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. cak4d applies the Indonesian market standard of 21+ across all of its products and markets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of cak4d or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of cak4d.
• You must ensure that online betting is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering. cak4d makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use cak4d's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cak4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify cak4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cak4d may request KYC documentation at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by cak4d may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cak4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically. cak4d reserves the right to apply individual transaction limits based on account activity, KYC status, or internal risk assessments.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during peak periods, national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), or where additional security checks are required. cak4d does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party banking institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to cak4d must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or cryptocurrency wallets not linked to a verified identity are not permitted. cak4d reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

4.5 Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User are the User's sole responsibility. cak4d applies no internal currency conversion fees on IDR transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by cak4d are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap are stated on each individual promotion page. Placing wagers on excluded games while a bonus is active will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cak4d operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using low-variance betting strategies (such as placing opposite bets simultaneously) to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinating with other users to artificially meet bonus conditions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

cak4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at manifestly incorrect odds, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where system errors have generated erroneous pricing.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesian football bookmaking markets), BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and e-sports — are governed by cak4d's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately in the FAQ section. In-play wagers are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled by the User.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games, slots, and RNG-based products use independently certified Random Number Generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are audited values and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are derived from official licensed data feeds and cannot be altered by cak4d.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The rules of each live game are governed by that studio's published game rules, which are accessible within the live game interface. Network interruptions during a live game session are handled in accordance with the studio's disconnection policy.

6.5 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned without interest in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond applicable thresholds; technical failure preventing proper settlement; or where cak4d determines that market integrity has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cak4d platform. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to place wagers or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cak4d staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing Account access with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cak4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of cak4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without cak4d's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

cak4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cak4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure to protect all personal and financial data held on the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

cak4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and markets. Users may access the following self-management tools at any time from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total net losses over a defined rolling period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert and option to log out after a pre-set duration of play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Temporary exclusions may be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cak4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from system interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision by cak4d to void a bet or suspend an Account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports betting settlement.

cak4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cak4d support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by cak4d

cak4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending wagers placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure, regardless of whether wagering requirements have been partially met.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cak4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to varying legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws before registering an Account or placing any wager.

14. Amendments

cak4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
